Owen and Lois Wagener minister to those in Tanzania.  They draw on their years of experience in NZ as church founders and ministry for over 40 years; they work with the organisation, Joshua Foundation. 

Owen has a strong gift in teaching and is highly valued in the Bible College for his thorough preparation and excellence in teaching.  He is frequently called upon as both a leader in spirit as well as his wisdom.  A man of huge talent, his practical nature and vision is a huge asset to every aspect of the Joshua Foundation.

Lois has a real passion for the woman of Africa and as such has forged into territory previously untouched.  Her heart is to help woman walk into a new release away from the suppression of personal grief and bondage.  Through years of neglect and hardship the woman are often without even the smallest glimmer of hope for their own lives, and of course their children.  Through the work Lois is doing, she is able to bring this real God-centred hope into their hearts and hence the transformations begin.
